I have a 1999 TL and my engine light came on so i called acura and they said that i have to come in for a 52500 service? what exactly is that? they are charging me $155 for it.

 

This is the same service as the 7500mile
-Oil change/filter
-Tire rotation
-Adjust idle
-Check electrical system and charging rate
-Numerous inspection ie. parking brake, hoses etc.
And yes I paid 160 for mine.

Yes the car will feel better. I hope that the dealer that you are using have good machines to balance your tires, that was my only concern due to problems in the past were my tires didn't vibrate and after rotating the tires BANG! vibration. Lucky for me that was not the case this time and everything is good.

 

i am putting a CAI and headers in soon, should i just wait and then bring it in?

 

I would take it to the dealer first that way you will know if everything is running ok with your car, then I'll put the mods just in case something goes wrong with the mods at least you will know that its related to that.
