Any1 know if the 3rd Gen Headrests would fit a 2nd gen?

Ask someone to do a test swap at a meet. Or post in the 3G forum asking for info such as the diameter, separation, and the length of the poles, etc

Why not just go to your Acura dealership and see if they have any headrests for the 3G TL in stock. If they do, see if they will let you take one outside (accompanied by a dealership employee of course) and do a quick test fit.
