I did the accord V6 transmission swap on my 2003 Acura TL type s about a year ago, at the time I ordered both pressure switches but never replaced them. I am going to change the transmission fluid and wanted to change them out at the same time.

I have looked but cannot find confirmation that my part numbers are correct. I did a search but could not find the answer, if someone can confirm that they are indeed correct I would appreciate it. Thanks

according to Delray Acura, the part numbers you list fit the 2007 and 2008 5 speed automatic,part # 28600-rke-004 cost $42.90, and part # 28610-rke-004 costs $ 41.33. also, according to Delray Acura, part numbers for the 03 TL S Type part # 28250-p7w-003 (upper ) costs $201.41 and part # 28250-p6h-024 (lower ) costs $ 237.50, so it appears unlikely the solenoids you have are correct, judging by price alone! you may want to check a Honda parts website and see if the part numbers you have are applicable to the Accord transmission you swapped.

 

those are 3rd gen TL pressure switches.

since you put the Accord transmission in, you need to look at the Accord transmission parts list to see if the part numbers are the same

 

I think you're comparing pressure switches to linear solenoids.

 

I believe the original swap thread suggested to swap the switches from the acura trans to the accord trans but to buy new pressure switches if you can, but I could be mistaken on that and I might need to order the switches for the accord.

 

Even though they have different part numbers, the 3rd and 4th gear pressure switches from the TL interchange with the ones from the AV6, so using either type will give you the same results.
