Will the 4" tips fit? Because I have the body kit and i don't want the tips to be touching the rear skirt. I know the 3.5" will fit but i like the 4" so could someone tell me if the 4" tips will fit? Thanks.

 

Yes 4" will fit. The Inlet is the same, only thing changed is the outlet.

I meant would the outlet of the 4" tips be touching the rear skirt, thats my only concern.

the 4 inch tips are rather large. they have some oval ones (i have them) that are very nice and about $10usd each. anyways, it wont make too much of a difference if it touches the skirt or not, i doubt it would get hot enough to cause any damage.

 

It DOES make a difference if the tips touch the skirt or bumper. Under normal driving, the heavy mufflers will sway quite a bit. So if the exhaust tips are too close to the skirt or bumper, it will make banging noise whenever the tips hit the sides of the skirt/bumper.

 

the 4" will fit, BUT it will not look too good because they are too big, and it would stand out too much.

getta a 3-3.5" 3A tip, i have it, and it looks pretty damn g00d.

Just do the 3.5 Cuz with that its like an exact fit. If you get the 4 inch tip your tip will be too close to the body kit and due to the heat of the muffler tip, you might end up with a black spot on ur body kit. With the 3.5 its really close as it is.

 

i doub ttips will ge that hot...and black soot is from the carbon in the exhaust gasses themselves so it deosnt make a difference if its stock 3.5 or 4.....

 

my tips are four and a quarter and i think they look great...i guess its your opinion

 

4" will not rub because they are adjustable. I seen 4" and it doesn't look bad. I personal am happy with my 3.5" tho.

 

are the oval ones made by 3A?
