How much is everyone paying for their 30,000 mile service? Is it worth it or not?

 

I paid $330 for my 30,000, $440 for my 60,000 (needed some lights). I can't really say if its worth it or not but I haven't had any problems with my car yet. I noticed my gas milage seems to be a lot better since my 60,000 maintenance, but I also got new tires a week later so that might have helped...

 

I paid about $260.00 for my 30K service down here in Southern Cali.

They want $445 for the 30,000 mile service. I can go across the street to my friends employment, honda dealer and get it done for $245. Should I trust just a honda mechanic for a Type S?

 

I didn't have my 30K service, but is the same as the 75K which I just had, and it was $330. I'd reccomend it, I think it includes a tranny flush.

 

what's done in a 30k service? You can do the tranny flush yourself in like 5 mins.. Easier than changing the oil..

 

I havent gotten any scheduled service. I've just been changing motor oil with mobil 1 every 3k and my cousin helps me change the tranny oil also every 3k. What other parts needs to checked?
