Red face 2nd Gen. TL Type-S RADIATOR (Info/Advice)
I have a question concerning my 2003 Acura TL-S, I have to replace my radiator and I wanted to know if there are differences in radiators that need a radiator sensor cap and those that don’t? and how to distinguish which I have.


Is this a cap with or with out sensor?

Umm thats a broken cap thats fallen into the radiator, not good .. try to fish it out.

if you need a new radiator, get a DENSO on Amazon for half the price of OEM

So being said that it is broken, is this cap a sensor cap or no?

Theres no such thing as a “sensor cap”

Mine broke like that too. But I didn't find the missing piece. . One day I'm sure it will alert me to it's presence.
