I'm not going to drop the car. I'm simply looking for a nice set of summer wheels.

--Will these rub? I don't think so as the width is the same and I'm not changing the ride height or overall diameter of the tire assembly.

--Should I go w/ 19's or 18's? I don't know if 19's would look cheesy or really good.

I'm gonna go with chrome no matter which size I take. My car is aegean blue w/ the OE bodykit and dark tint.

Thanks for the feedback.

first i dont think you can get rims over 8" wide and second your car will look like a SUV w/o drop and big rims..

You are more prone to bent wheels if you have 19" especially if you have potholes where you drive. the 35 series tires don't give easily. Personally I'd go 235/40/18. BTW, the wheels are gonna be chaeper too.

Thanks for the input guys.

All the recommended sizing i've seen points to 225/45.

Wouldn't going w. 40 series throw my speedo off?

even though you are not lowering, road impacts and/or a fully loaded car can cause your tires to rub if don't get the right combination of rim width and offset. basically stick with a 7.5" or 8" wide rim with something close to a +50mm offset.
