can they fit without a problem also can the tire be thinner then the stock tires or is that now a good idea. what tires do you giys recommend

You have to make sure the overall diameter is as close to the stock as possible, otherwise you will get a misread on the speedometer. You should go with 235/45/17. That will only be off by 0.5%. 235 should fit on the stock 17x6.5.

235/45 or 225/50 will work
