2004 Acura TL vs. 2004 Honda Accord Sedan

Comparing the nextgen base stock Acura TL & the 7th gen stock Accord EX V6 Sedan, I am trying to determine what the differences will be.

I've come up with this list (not including engine differences)...

HID Lights
1year longer warranty
Bose Stereo
driver seat memory
fog lights
auto dimming rearview mirror
"possibly?" more insulation

please do not reply with "subjective" differences.

anyone aware of what may be added to this list (other than engine differences) when the new base TL comes out this fall/winter. I'm more than likely going to go with the TL, and would just like any ideas/info on what it may provide over the accord other than the list I provided.

Appreciate it all

well i think the coupe has the fogs

advantage of the accord... 6spd MT

possibly transmission that wont fail (though the accords suffer similar problems)

Its just my take on this topic that the TL will have a new stabilty control system, side curtain airbags, EBD SYSTEM electronic brake distibution will be all standard. The suspension will be tweaked much better than the ACCORD. This could depend on set-up with new struts, springs, tires ect. The chassis of the car will be better than the ACCORD. This is not unlike the 99 to current model TL. The TL back seat does not fold down because the car has a V brace mounted back there. This is to give the car increased torsional rigidity better streghth & handling. The ACCORD did not have this so the subframes are not the same.
I am sure something like that will be done again with the TL this is the kinda stuff you can't see. The set-up of the suspension of the car will not be the same. Iam not sure but I think the new ACCORD might be using the same set-up of the current TL now.
I think better quality materials will be added to the car as far as seats. Some engine componets might be slightly new or modified along with some other stuff. The TL will get alot of stuff & cover the full 30K range. When the RL gets its long due redesign as an early 2005 it will share many of the TL gifts & cover the 40K range Just to throw in a few things the NAV will have rear view back up cam & a rear sunshade will be added & maybe 8 way power passenger seat.

Also don't forget the Acuras will have a 33% longer warranty. Also Acura dealers give a more upscale service than the Honda dealers, at least around here.

The 2003 EX-V6 Accord also has EBD.
