Does anyone know what is going on with the 2003 TL-S? The dealer tells me a March release but has no info at all on it. Probably because he wants to sell me a '02. Web sites, etc.?

March sounds about right for the 03 to be released

but why an early release? Its not somthing new or updated... so wouldnt it be like the CL...

in spring of 2000, the 2001 CLS model came out all new... then for the 2002 CL model year, it came out in the late summer of 2001.....
And now the 2003 CL model is updated, so thats why is being released early and in march...


So for the 2003 model TL, wouldnt it come out in fall of 2002 year, since its not updated?

Yeah..he has a point there....Nothing is really new..except for the OnStar...so there's no real point to release it early. Who knows....

I don't think you're going to see a spring '02 release for the '03 TLs. The '03 CLs' absolutely, but not the TLs, there's nothing new about it. In addition, the new one is due out in '03 as an '04. In '03 you may get a mid-year release for the '04....

I don't think you will see any release for a new TL until at least sprint of 03 as an 04 model. The TL just got an update for 02 and normally when an update is done they usually keep that update for 2 model years. Also I think the new Accord will be released before the new TL is released. I think the Accord is due for a change for the 03 model year because Honda always releases an SE version of the Accord the last year of that body style.
