Hi there,

I wonder if I can replace my 2001 TL-P side mirror with 2003 TL-P model. I like the bluish color. If I can't do you have suggestion how do I make the bluish tint color?

I think you can just replace the mirror itself and don't need to replace the entire unit. That blue tint works great at night BTW.

I thought the mirror housing in 02 andd 03 was different from 99-01

The mirror housing was one of the "more than 2000 improvements" touted for the 2002 MY. It was modified to produce less wind noise. I've never ridden in a pre-'02 TL, so I couldn't tell you the difference in that particular regard.

If i wanna get the blue tint can i just take my car to a tint shop and have them tint my mirrors???

wouldnt it be cheaper than replacing the whole mirror+housing?
