It would not even be a race, type-s all the way. Even the regular TL can beat it. I believe they run high 7's 0-60 and like high 15's in the 1/4.

the TSX will get killed.. it only has like 200 hp or something like that. BUT..they do have a very nice interior...i'll give it props for that haha.

No contest. TL will beat the TSX. I've done it many times in my 99TL.

depends on the transmissions in both the cars. Here how i'd reckon it would happen in the following cases:

TSX 6sp vs. TL-S = A TSX would most likely lose (unless the TL-S guy just SUCKS), but the TSX wouldnt lose by a huge amount.
TSX Auto vs. TL-S = Bye Bye TSX
TSX 6sp vs. TL-P = I'd say that on a good day, these cars would be neck and neck, the TSX might be able to edge the TL-P out. Driver's Race i'd say. BTW, this would also depend on what kind of TL-P were talking about - 99s had a four speed auto, whereas 00-03 had a 5 speed auto which helped acceleration just a it.
TSX Auto vs. TL-P = TSX owned.

I TSX loaded with more than a driver will also die to a TL. V6's have better grunt.

I believe the TSX has the same 200hp motor as the RSX Type S at which I think the TSX would be heavier so both the TL-P and TL-S should have no problems beating the TSX.

They dont have the same engine. TSX has a 2.4L engine while the RSX-s has a 2.0L. TSX has more torque. But the RSX-s is lighter. TL-s owns both of them

Nothing to disagree about here but it would be interesting in an auto-x or full road course.

They are both K-series motors, but the TSX has a K24 and the RSX has a K20.

A K24 with a K20 head hybrid with a turbo in a TSX put down like 360 at the wheels a while back. Saw it in a magazine. Pretty imrpessive. Everyone's beeing saying that the K-series will be like the next B-series; versatile and lots of potential.

um. no chance? i still doubt a TSX 6-speed can take on a 99TL-P auto. it just doesnt make sense. the TL has 225hp and the acceleration 0-60 is in the low 6's. that's a whole second leap against the TSX 6-speed which runs low 7's! unless the TL driver doesnt know how to step on the gas pedal the tsx would get owned.
