They should. I bought my Eibach springs off of a friend that had a 01 CL-S and they fit fine.

Yes they will but there's no point putting stock springs on.

I assume you mean aftermarket 2002 vs 1999.

Any TL or Type S or CL or Type S from 99-02 has the identical part number for after market suspensions.

I have 02 Type S stock springs... They have about 2k on them. Let me know if anyone is interested...
