I ordered a black 2002 type s. Does anyone know what color the interior of a black one is going to be? I am hoping black.

 

It will be Ebony (black). I bet you can hardly wait. I saw one @ the Toronto Auto show and it was nice but was gold. I am sure the black will look way better.

 

The Black exterior is also available with Parchment Interior--hope you specified what you wanted.

Yes the Black (both the TL and TL-S) is available w/Ebony Interior as well as Parchment.

But Black/Ebony would be sooooo sweeeeett!

Well I know what colors they could be and I was ok with either. Just wanted to be sure exactly which one.

 

Note, black interior has the 'black wood' that I don't particularly care for. It pushed the decision to the parchment interior.

 

The color combinations available in Canada are different than in the US. Black only comes with ebony. Aegean blue only comes with parchment. I would have ordered the blue if it had come with ebony. I settled for silver with ebony. Delivery end March.

 

02TL-s, I just ordered a TL no S, too.
Same thing happen here, We have no color chart here in Canada yet. My dealership (Burrard Acura). I think most of the guys

That is the color chart they photographed in Detroit Auto show, so that is no good for Canada. By the way whick day did ur dealer say the car going to be here? My said March 17th. Hey, so push ur dealer to get the latest info, that is what I am doing.

Well me showed me the delivery sheet and it said confirmed March 16th for Richmond Acura on the TL-s. He hopes that it will arrive next week tho. Ya I looked at many other cars and test drove the IS300, A4 1.8T, C240 and C320, 330ci. With all the other cars you have to add all the extras and when you are done you are looking at 50K. The TL-s is the most bang for the buck, plus I have always been a Honda Man

The 2002 TL brochure shows the Aegean blue with only the option for Ebony interior. This brochre rocks. It is not leaving my sight

 

The brochure is definatly was NICE. I got it last week, and i have been sleeping with it under my pillow everynight since.

 

I'm definitely gonna get a brochure after the blizzard is over...

 

Maybe I'll head to the dealer tomorrow and get that brochure, Im off and the BLizzard for us was ll hype, we were let off easy
