hello all. this is officially my first post here and i am in the market for a brand new acura TL. i am debating whether or not to buy a new 2001 TL or the new 2002 TL. i am not looking into the TL type s...mainly because of the extra money (i'm still in college). i was just wondering if the new 2002 TL's are going to be different, design-wise, than the current 2001's. if the differences in design are subtle, when is the tentantive year of when they redesign the model. i'd hate to buy a TL a year before they completely redesign it. also...are there any design differences between a TL and a TL type s? when will the 2002 TL's be ready for purchase? any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Well, I would recommand u buy 2002 TL. U said that u hate it when u just get the car a year be4 the ew model rite?
2002 TL = TL-S, they did redesign it.
More horse power and more options are added to the new TL. More racing feeling interior (sorta like CL-S).
I don't think it'll be way more expensive than the 2001 TL. Usually, they redesign the model around 4 years. (correct me if i'm wrong)

It is more expensive. I'm getting a 2001 for around $3300 off the sticker price while a 2002 will run you 3300 more (Sticker Price). TL-S will run 2500 more than that so the difference between a 2001 and 2002TL-S will run close to $6000.
