I just bought 2002 TL and the audio requires the code.
I looked at some posts here about the code and I tried the turn-on method which I can get the serial number by pressing the audio buttons.
It gave me "U3005" "L1068"
How do I read them as a serial number?
U3005L1068 or 30051068?

how do u guys recommend me to get the code?
at the dealer? how much do they charge?

Im not sure if this applies to all cars, but I found both codes for my Navi and my Head Unit under the hood. Its on the backside of the hood,(side with the black fabric cover).
