2002 Stock Foglight Install

Hey guys. I just bought some PIAA extreme white 9006 bulbs for my 2002, and I can't figure out how to get to them. Do I have to remove the bumper?

Manual shows where the bolt is under the car. unlike what it
says though, you have to completely remove the bolt. Then just
pull the fog out from the center (of the car) and it pops right out.
