2002 Nav DVD Update?

I found that the new DVD v2.05 is available online at:

http://www.acura.com/engineering/eng_navigation.asp

Unfortunately, the same site lists only the detailed (street level) coverage areas for last year's v2.03 which covers only about 130 towns and metropolitan areas in the lower 48 states.

Does anyone have information on which new detailed coverage areas were added for 2002 or the full list of covered areas on the DVD?

Joel I don't know what version of the DVD you have for your Nav.
If you have 2.03 then listen to the guys they should know about that. The 1.09 version came with my 2000 TL & I feel its worth the money to upgrade from that. It was talked about alot on here last month you can do a search on it. ACURA says in the manual its up to you when to upgrade the DVD. I have found more than a few location on 2.05version not found on 1.09. They might have been on the 2.03 version. There are still places not on 2.05 that are old established areas. It might not be worth the money to you if you just got the car its probaly not.

Don't waste your money. There was a significant upgrade from version 1.xx to 2.03, but virtually none at all between 2.03 and 2.05. Heck, even the phone listing is the same between 2.03 and 2.05; businesses that have changed their name three years ago are still mis-listed, and newer businesses do not appear on the listing. Gas stations that were built two years ago still did not appear.

Bottom line: it's a waste of money if you already have version 2.03.

I have the 2.05 version and I love it. It covers the areas where I travel to often. However, there are no additional features or anything like that.
