2002 3.5 TL-S vs. 2002 M3

If you had a TL-S with the 3.5 upgrade, headers, exaust, springs, sways, that would essentially put HP at about 380+. Is this more than enpugh to take on a 2002 M3? The 3.5 upgrade ist the 335 HP option, not the 315 HP option.

Prolly not. the 350+ C32, which is RWD with better weight distribution, can't even come all that close. Its still almost half a second slower.
