Hello Everyone,

I'm new to the forum, but have read and enjoy the extensive knowledge that is here. I have a 2002 TL, and I am wondering if the 2005 has the same lugnut dimensions. I am thinking of putting the stock 05' TL rims on, but I'm not sure if it will fit properly. Has anyone tried this? If so, are there any pictures available? Would the wheel rub?

The reason why I want to know is becasue I need new tires, and I can get a great deal on a set of the 05' TL rims and tires, for a little more than the cost of new tires alone. If anyone can answer these questions, it would be a really big help. Thanks.

 

As far as the bolt pattern goes, yes they'll fit. They don't have nearly as much offset as the 2G rims so they'll stick out further (some don't mind the look, some think it looks )

If you're riding stock you should have not problems, if you're dropped you may have fender rubbing issues depending how low you're dropped.
