2000 TL soaked driver side floor ?

what can cause my driver side floor to be soaked ... it's not coolant that I'm sure it's only water, the car is in great shape ... where can this come from and is there any way to fix this ... thanks !!!

Is your car park outside in the rain and are the front wheels lower than the rear wheels?

Have you replaced the front windshield or rear back glass?
