2000 TL Hids?
Do you mean which bulb type? The factory headlight bulbs are D2R, however D2S can be modified to fit. The difference between the two is that D2R bulbs are for reflector headlights like are in our TL's, while D2S bulbs are used in projector headlights. Another type, a D2C bulb, can be alternated between either headlight system.
Many members have posted websites that they ordered their HID bulbs from, try looking here:

There are others, these are just some off of the top of my head.

Thanks alot for the help guys, my left hid is about to go out since its turning "pink" so time to order to new bulbs. do you guys recommend a perfered Kelvin? whats the best for brightness and clearness on the road.
4300k (stock), is the best for brightness and clearness on the road, as the Kelvin number goes up the color gets bluer but the light output also goes down, i have 10000k, they are still bright enough to see the road safely but they are also very blue, and you can definatley tell that the stock bulbs were brighter, i still love the 10000k but not everyone would, if you want a little more bluish color light without sacrificing too much light output i would go with 6000k
I had the same prob with my 99...the passenger side was going out. I posted the problem and akinaboy totally hooked me up with new bulbs. When I told the service guy how much I paid, he was floored..
Huge props for akinaboy!!!
