Nope, doesn't fold down. Use the trunk pass through if you can.

it looks like the accord seat where it is a separate piece...a snowboard is too wide to get through that hole

yup! it cant be done. i tried to fit my board through the center but it didnt fit, so i just wrapped it around in a blanket and laid it across the rear seats. that's the only way.

accords are a family car and you're more likely to carry more things in it, while acura is almost like a luxury accord, it doesnt have the rear folding seat capability. its a "luxury" car so its not meant to be used to carry items like snowboards and other outdoor equipments and whatnot.

If you really need to you can easily remove the rear seats making the entire back open to the trunk.

my rear seats arent bolted down any more. that way if i need to carry something big in the car i can just lift up on the rear seat and fold it down making it a full pass thru

I have researched my options to retro-fit to folding seats like the accord. Even tho the accords rear seats fit, there is no mechanism or a way to mount them securely. I woudn't risk cutting the frame however.

This has got to be the most creative answer I've heard in years.
