My guage cluster on my 2000 TL is wacky. The rpm needle is way off even when the car is off it will show 500 or more RPM and the trip computer display does not look right some digits missing on and off. I purchased a cluster from a junk yard from a 2001 but I have a problem. How can i make the mileage the same as my original cluster? Is this a very hard job to take on myself?

This car is out of warrantee and the dealer says I will have to pay for at least 2 hours of troubleshooting and they wont put in a cluster I purchased elsewhere.
