Really? I think the Tanabe SMH has some of least riciest tips out of most exhaust. Apexi N1, Greddy Evo, Greddy TiC, those are ricey tips. These tips are pretty clean and straightforward and there's no ricey sound either.

yeah i definitely would choose the tanabe's over apexi's and greddy's but with my no-lip, no-drop AM, it would definitely look ricey, or maybe like a sleeper even though it's mostly stock :P

Do it in your driveway man. It would be good to learn how to do something new to the car and wouldnt be terribly difficult at all

We usually charge $75 to install an exhaust, but if the bolts going to the cat are rusted and beyond repair and we have to torch them out then it can be a little more.
