I have two questions. What better place than this to ask.

1. Where can I get a TL type S Door sill for my 2003 TLS SSM?

2. Can I put my car into Steptronic mode while car is moving. I know my friends 5 series while he's doing like 60 and someone wants to race him he puts it into his steptronic mode without even slowing down or anything.

to answer ur second question, yeah u can put it in Sport-Shift at anytime.

 

Try putting an ad in the Black market forum for the sills. I just saw a pair fs the other day.

And yes you can go back and forth between SS and D5 at anytime.

 

I love dropping to SS mode when I see someone coming no matter how fast I'm going. Can we say "new tranny"!!!!
