Contain yourself for a bit, remember, you still have the dreaded "break-in" period (600-1000 miles or more!).

Still and all, the best of luck!!!

Cool

I can relate! I ordered my White Diamond Metallic Type-S Navi on April 6th. I picked it up on Friday.......and I wouldn't even allow the dealer the extra time to unwrap it or clean it

I also have the WDP/Parchment (but not Navi, I can't be trusted with technology).
All the best and congratulations!!!

Congrats Darla! I hope you're getting as much enjoyment out of yours as I am from mine.

Jyang - The break in period is typically the first 500-1000 miles of the engine's life. A new engine has tight clearances. Break in is when the piston rings seat (seal), the bearing clearances increase slightly, and the valvetrain adapts to a life of rpm

You'll get varying opinions on break in. I've been building domestic race engines for nearly 10 years and I've yet to put a single mile on one of those engines before flogging it on a dyno and then sending it down the track. Some swear by break in, and some swear it isn't needed on today's computer cotrolled engines.

The presents just seem to get a little more expensive

My TL-S manual recommends 600 miles for break-in. I broke 650 miles today and mashed the accelerator as I entered the highway on-ramp. YEAH BABY!

I know the suspense is killing you. But don't worry, at the end it is worth the wait. Congrats by the way!
