Does anyone know where I can find a good deal on a 1999 Owners manual and black floor mats....

Honestly your best bet is either e-bay or an Acura dealer. They may have an old 99 manual lying around somewhere and may just give it you if they are feeling generous or expect to pay 50.00. Floor mats check out e-bay.

Check on ebay, last time I saw some GTA was selling all parts of TL door, gear shift, mats, even the odometer.
