TL will walk away, even with AWD and turbo it has not enough power against the TL-S
they do 6.5sec from 0-60 but i doubt they can do that with a 10 yr old car
260hp vs 250hp and you got the displacement advantage, and most of all VTEC~

they got too many issues over the years and never really a contender against their major competitors, and their cars are crap
Evo is gd(and only gd car they have) but it's not an everyday car

All important point number 1, they're driving a '95 ECLIPSE. There's nothing like embarrasing a 35 year old with a killer mullet without breaking a sweat. Oh yeah, with your lady riding shotgun on your way to pick up your boy and his. No classier way to hand some pony boy his ass than a tweaked TL.

whats the most polite way to tell someone when they ask you
"do you want to run me?"
to respond with saying you will spank the shit out of him?

get the S/C and the lightend UR Crank pulley (you shouldnt get the underdrive version because that would kill your boost, but get the 12 volt charger series - same diameter as stock just much lighter) and you will have one fast ass TL!

I hadn't heard of any easy turbos either but the guy I bought my 02 from said that he had. Hadn't really spent much time on the site since I bought the 01 because I knew that I wanted a 3rd gen. but got way too good a deal on the 02 S to pass up. I'll probably have to keep the 02 for 2 yrs. Replaced tranny on 01 and had 2nd gear jet retrofit. Will s/c melt trans. or is it disposable anyway?

well I have both of these cars at 95 GST as my little project car and 02 TL-s I have to say stock they are close the GST feels faster but in reaility stock about a 14.7 is all your going to get out of them however for very very little money the eclipse will walk a Type S.. My eclipse is just under 400 whp but I remember when i got it stock it would still move pretty well ..
