15,000 miles service

Hi guys,

Just wondering how much does it cost you to do 15,000 miles service on your TL-P? Mine cost $250, plus $50 for wheel balancing. Is it reasonable?

I had the 15,000 mile service done on my 2000 TL back in SEPTEMBER at the dealership. I have low miles for a car that just turned 2yrs old last month. My service total came to $289.46 but this was with extra stuff done. I had the 2 A/C Filters replaced at this service. This cost $27.06 for the 2 Filter parts & $78.50 for the labor to put them in. This was $105.00 extra so if I had not done this the total would have been about $175.00 for my 15,000 mile service. It also seems to me that all dealerships don't do the same things. I also had the Air Cleaner Element replaced $28.25 for that part. My dealership also puts in the MOA, OIL TREAT & SGT, FUEL TREAT additives. This is included in the service the cost was $11.70 for the MOA & $10.80 for the SGT. I am not sure if all ACURA dealers use the oil & fuel additives. So as I have said if I had not got the A/C filters replaced my service would have been about $175.00 or less.
