03 tl wont stay running!! No codes. It will run in limp mode . Changed MAP, IAC, EGR, FUEL PUMP SCREEN, ECM ETC. Wont run unless I make it go into limp mode by tripping code. Then soon as I clear...code it won't run

Not a whole lot to go with here. Any symptoms before it dropped into limp? Any readings from an OBDII reader (fuel trim, timing, etc.)?

Engine ran perfectly before pulling from other tl.
it's not throwing any codes at all

Ok so you have an engine that was working. Has it been operating at all since you installed it in the "new" TL? Was there a problem with the "new" TL before the replacement engine? Were they the same year?
Does your OBDII reader give you operating information or just error codes?
What happens when you crank the engine? You said it won't stay running, what does it do, how long does it run?
When you pulled the engine I assume you replace the timing belt etc.? Are you sure you had everything lined up correctly?
You replaced parts, but have checked spark, fuel, air? Did the wiring harnesses line up and nothing is missing?

What did you pull to make it throw a code?
What is the idle like with the code thrown?
Will it idle if you disconnect the IACV?
