It's self adjusting, do you use the memory seating?

Because they are not just memory seats, they are memory seats+mirrors.

Try this:
-get in car
-adjust mirror
-press red button on door panel
-select memory number 1 or 2
-retest by getting out the car, locking it, then unlocking it

fuck... just reread ur post.... u leave for 10 min???? idk if this will help

I had the same issue a while back. Every time I unlocked my car and got in the mirrors would both adjust up to the sky. I would always have to readjust it. Luckily for me I was still under warranty. I took it the dealer and they told me they were both defective. The wiring or something with electrical components was faulty and they replaced both without question. My guess is you will need to replace the mirror. Hope this helps.

sorry for the late reply...If others are telling you a memory box or actuator, that could be it too. I didn't question the dealer when they replaced both of mine. I just let them do it. But I know I had a similar issue like yours. Hopefully you found the solution by now? I am a bit curious to know.
