i don't know how many people have tried putting 03 CL-S headlights on an 03 TL-S. i wanna try this but not sure if it will fit. the lights seem to be about the same size and shape. i really like the CL-S lights b/c they have black housing and look more aggressive. has anyone tried this and can post pictures?

It wont fit. it has different shape, and the TL bumper contour shape will not match the headlight neither.

It would require a lot of modding of the fenders, hood, bumper, etc to get the shape to fit. It'd be easier to just open up your existing headlights and blacking out the housing.

If all your after is the black housing take yours apart and spray the insides black. Many have done it

i would think the 99-01 tl's would have a better shot at this fitting than the 02-03's anyway.

how difficult is it to paint those headlights black? never tried before.
