Springs are the only difference between them but not in height, TL-S are firmer springs while TL-p has relaxed springs which are more for comfort.

Struts are the same on both cars.

not much of a difference really, did you want the car to perform better?

wasnt really looking for anything performance kind of ride quality, just wanted something that feels more comfortable and i found new pre assembled ones on ebay that are for the regular tl-p so i guess it sounds like I could use those

There is a vast difference between the Springs and Sway settings from the TL-S to the TL-p depending on the roads you drive on.
TL-p is way waayy waaayyy waaaayyyy more Comfortable by shitloads if you got bumpy streets or potholes.
