i just raced with a IS300 in this morning.....IS300 only has 215hp....but our TYpe S has 260hp.....
when i race with IS300 in this morning....the IS300 is look powerful n smooth...
and finally i just pass him n give him a fucking finger....

Will my car win if i really go race with him in a longer time?

Higher speeds i think it will, something about the gear ratios, i remember reading in one of the older forums someone talked about the same situation, off the start he would probably win but longer times, i dont think so.

For lack of a better way to put this, if it is stock vs. stock, and you are going in a straight line, whether auto or stick, you should destroy him unless your car is sick...

Uhhh....is300's manual or auto...you should be able to beat them pretty easily.... i have raced both...one w/ intake/auto and the other stock and stick.......Me vs the auto is300 (one of my friends) i pretty much owned him pretty bad....Me vs is300 stick( also one of my friends in which is a pretty decent driver) he took me off the line....but i easily pulled him after 2nd gear.....btw all i have is a intake and had a huge system in my car (JLw7 and 1000/1 customed box)

looks powerful and smooth.. uhh nice way to put it.

sure an IS300 has better power than most other same class FF's out there.. but that thing is way below our class. i dont see why it wouldve been that hard to beat it. even my 225hp TL-P does a good job of leaving it behind. well maybe not right away, but once i hit vtec, it just takes a major leap ahead easily.
