Question '00 Tl -> '02 Tl-s

I have been giving a lot of thought to trading in my '00 TL (Satin Silver w/ NAVI and cd changer) to a '02 or possible hold out for the '03 TL-S. My question is what kind of offers did the dealers give. I'll give you the rundown.

'00 TL
33k Miles
6 Disc factory CD Changer
Interior is perfect
Exterior is in mint condition except for a few pebble dings on the front bumper (damn L.I.E )
Navi system (with video navi installed which i will probably leave in there)

How much do you think the dealer would offer for a trade in towards a new '02 TL-S?

Don't really have an idea how much they gonna offer...but let us know. I was thinking about the same thing...
Maybe before you take it to the dealer for trade-in...don't you wanna sell me some stuff off of your car?? Cause I know the dealer won't give you lot of $$ for the mods...

I put my name on the waiting list for Video/NAV kit.

Andrew,
Why don't you wait until the whole new design comes out in 03-04? Because if you get a TL-S now, you might regret it in 1 year.
Good luck and let us know what you decide to do.

BTW, are you going to the LI meet this coming Sunday (9/23) at that same park it was last time when it was drizzling?

hehe...I would probably sell everything except for the exhaust because everything wouldn't fit anyway and I LOVE the comptech exhausts (Thanks TIM!). I would probably leave the video-navi in there because its not worth the hassle of un-installing. Plus it only cst me like $120 and a few hours of my time....we'll see. I'll hold out for another year and change!
