Don't worry I have the same problem. Spent hours and the dealer does not know where it is directly coming from....I take it back on Monday...Oh my CAI was put on though......

I remember someone saying that he had a rattle that turned out to be an A/C vent that was hitting the back side of his glove compartment. Could that be it?

I had a rattle in the dash on the right side behind the ac vent. I fixed it by stuffing some insulation material between the rear of the dash and the area near the door moulding above the hinge. It's the area where the door trim meets the dash. There is a gap between the dash and the body the I just stuffed insulation in there. It looks bad but I'll have the dealer do it right at my next service. It works!!!

I have a some noise coming from the glove box or the immediate area around it. When I open it, the noise stops......so could it be what daverman said?
