Hi I live in N.Y> and the biggest problem now it people stealing Type-S Rims and no more headlight stealing since the new Maximas are easier to take which is why Maximas are getting headlights stolen like crazy. I was wondering what is the best thing to do to prevent rims from being stolen? Do the locks work??

don't know. my tl-s came with wheel locks as a freebie. I have to make sure to give dealer the key when they rotate tires. I am sure if someone really wants it, they will take it regardless. How about an aftermarket alarm system?

Those wheels locks from Acura can be removed pretty easily. Maybe if you but a set where you can't just buy the keys of ebay and they aren't on ALMOST EVERY TL out there.

wheel locks may work. but if they are determined they'll get the wheels, locked or not. One extreme you can do is get 5 sets of different locks, and thus to take off each wheel you'll need all 5 keys

wheel locks don't work..just like an alarm and "The Club." if people really want the car or the rims, they will get it...its a matter of how much time people have to spent on the car.
