tired of typing up what ya'll have done or want to see but there are no pix here to be posted??? tired of typing at all??? wanna interface in person(i thought face had something to do w/that ) and talk/brag shop in person.

well, i was talking to austin519 and since there are quite a few austinites that we already know im person, although i dont know who he knows and he doesnt know who i know...we figured it would be a great idea to go ahead and meet, the more the merrier...!!! since there is an early street meet already going on in round rock, we figured it would be perfect(plus we could show off to the hot rodders, )

even if ya'll dont have any mods yet, austin and i dont, we sure would like to see as many acura owners there, to talk about what we love best and trade secrets...just like we do here in our beloved forum

easiest thing to do is exit at the 79/taylor exit and turn left at the light. you will see the taco bell at the right after going under the over pass(ih35) and the parking lot is at the other side of taco bell at the almost abandoned shopping center.

I don't have a TL anymore (driving a GS430), but I may drop by to see what you guys have done with your babies. The TL-S is a fantastic car; I'm sure I'd see some pretty cool stuff...

Thanks! I'm really happy with it, especially with the L-Tuned/TRD handling enhancements (shocks, springs, steering ECU, front/rear sways, and lower chassis brace).

Still, I'm REALLY impressed with the amount of car that Acura's managed to put into the $30-35K price range! You guys have the ultimate bang/buck thing going...

 

I just noticed that this meet is scheduled for Saturday night. I'm going to be in San Antonio for the auto show Saturday, and my wife and I are going to play on the Riverwalk afterwards. I guess I'll have to miss this meet...damn.

Hey just in case anyone has installed a Comptech or other exhaust before...please FRIGGIN BRING TOOLS! I just tried at 3 AM this morning (yeah I know) and ended up chipping a nail, ruining two wrenches, and twisting a ratchet wrench. I'm a pretty strong guy...and man those b!tches are on TIGHT. To the point that without one helluva power tool...I have no idea how to unscrew it...and I'm gonna bring my exhaust to the meet...so well...

that reminds me....if anyone needs to figure out how to remove the door panels..i will bring my tools to do it...

 

well, it hasnt rained over here in round rock, so im gonna go ahead and be out there around 7pm. if no one is around in 30 mins...i'll take off but hope to be accompanied by at least a few ppl...cya there

btw, according to weather channel, there is no rain on radar in this area...unlike in austin.
