Sounds about right, I was quoted ~$31,500 out the door for a TL-S w/Spoiler and moonroof visor (no body kit), that includes taxes, and tags, so about $30,532 before taxes and tags, you're paying roughly $1100 more than I am, which is about the cost to purchase the body kit and have it installed.
I ended up paying $32,000 before taxes and tags for a TL-S w/ NAVI, spoiler, and moonroof visor or $33,300 after taxes, tags, and processing

I don't know where your area is, but I bought my 03 TL-S (black) w/o navi ($2000 option) or bodykit ($1200) for 29000 (before taxes). So with the kit, it would've come to 30200. BUT, I was extremely lucky, because 29400 is the dealer invoice (28900 + 500 freight charge). So, I got it under invoice. Don't know if it's any help, but good luck!!!

I bought 2003 TL-S with wheel locks, mud guards and trunk tray for $29900. I wanted to be fair to the local dealership and considered 600 over invoice to be fair, I was not searching around for the lowest price. But even for this mediocre price I had to go through some uncomfortable haggling.
However, I got a very unpleasant reaction from the dealership when they pressed me hard to give them straight 5 rating in the Honda survey and I gave mostly 5 but two times 4.
Next time, I will just search for the lowest price and buy from anybody who will offer it. My local dealership didn't deserve my business.

I got my '03 TL Type S with Navi, protection package (trunk tray, wheel locks, mud guards), and all-season mats for $31,680 out the door less than a month ago. Depending on the demand in your area, you may be able to find this price also. Even if it's only a few hundred over invoice, they still make out with the 'hold-over' kick-back. I had to travel 300+ miles for this price though.

Oops, sorry guys, mis-wrote the price. Double-checked my receipt and forgot the tax was extra, it came out to around $33.8k. Again, sorry about that. I guess I was half asleep when I typed that... No flames please...
