"Factory" or "factory like"

"Factory" or "factory like"
On the AutoCarParts site it says Factory Like spoiler. I know that doesnt make a big difference as long as they look the same....
but the actual "Factory" spoiler comes with the extra hardware to support the trunk. In general a "factory like" does not come with any additional hardware. Anyone know if the unpainted spoiler that Snook (tim)offers comes with the additional hardware?
