will these spacers fit?

What does it mean when it says:
NOTES: The Ichiba version 2 wheel spacers will include pressed studs already installed. These new studs will be used to mount your wheels. If using the 15mm Ichiba wheel spacer, the original factory studs will stick out through the spacer. Because of this, your wheel MUST have open slots or cavities to allow these studs to clear. If your wheels are solid surface, your OEM studs must be shortened so that your wheels will sit flush against the spacer.
Is that only for the 15mm? That's the one I'm trying to get. Maybe I should get 17mm...

Measure the studs. That's really the only way to tell for sure.

If your studs are more than 15 mm long, they will stick out past the spacer. If the wheel needs to be flush, they will hit the old stud and not work.

I have a set of used 20" Foose DF-5 wheels (20x8.5" with 35mm offset) but having an issue with the offset. I tried to mount the wheels but the rims sit right on the brake calipers. I'm looking at getting 5mm spacers (http://www.ebay.com/itm/5mm-ACURA-HU...-/330639821588). Do the spacers need to be hubcentric and wheel centric?

I ran those exact ones on my ZDX setup, those are legit, they are hubcentric for the RL at 64.1 hub bore size, they will fit perfectly and should provide a nice smooth ride. this just goes to show that no specific wheel size WILL fit its all about wheel design with this car. Im running 19x8.5 35 offset no clearance issues but hes 1 inch taller with issues.. TRUTH!

Thanks 253RL for the response. I noticed that there are a lot more options for the 5x120 and 72.5 hub bore size (BMW). Do I need to get the specific 64.1 hub bore size to eliminate any vibrations? Also, were you able to use the stock studs with the 5mm?

I would go with the specific 64.1 and hub centric.

Yes 72. Whatever is too big and you'll likely get vibration, reason you see a lot of 5x120 72.5 is most bimmers run that spec. 64.1 and your golden! Now if you didn't need spacers and the wheels where 72.5 you'd be fine running them as the lug nuts would most likely seat the wheel fine but that's when I'd run hub rings to be certain I did away with vibration. .02 good luck and post pics!

Thanks, I'll go with the 64.1 spacers. Also, I measured the wheels and it is 72.5 so do I also need to get hub rings?
On another note, I wanted to get thoughts on how to determine what size of a spacer I need. I mounted the wheels and could see that the spoke rubbed on the brake pad and the rim seemed to sit flush with the hub. However, I didn't put the lug nuts on and tighten so not sure how much of a spacer would be required. I'm assuming that 5mm would be enough but wanted to find out how you figured it out for your ZDX.

My wheels are 72.62. I already have hub rings that i was going to use to put the wheels on but now i have found out i need spacers for the front.can i get 5x120 spacers for a 72.62 hub and put the hub rings on them to fit the car hub? then the wheels will fit the spacers with no needed hub rings, right?

Am I right or is there just something I am missing. I have found the spacers I need to do this, but really do not want them to arrive only to realize it will not work. Already had that happen today with the wheels i bought that the seller said"oh yeah they should fit no problem...As long as the brakes are not Brembos,,they will fit..."

Advanced
I ordered custom spacers from US Wheel Adapters. Hub-centric on both sides, the right bolt-pattern, and correct thread pitch. Not the cheapest option, but also not something I would cheap out on.
*edit* they are 22mm bolt-on spacers, btw
