Tread Depth & Stopping Distances on Wet Roads, Tire Rack Video

I don't know if this has been posted here before, but this is a very informative video from Tire Rack testing the effect of remaining tread depth on stopping distances. I didn't fully appreciate how dramatic the difference would be when you still have a "legal" 2/32 remaining vs. a new tire. Good to know.

Yeah, this is very revealing. Can you imagine waiting almost six seconds to stop?

THAT is dramatic. It belongs in Car Talk, though.
