I have a 2007 depaxed RL with 145k miles

I'm simply looking for a recommendation on new tires. I'm most concerned about the most quiet ride possible.

Seriously though, Scrim, you can only imagine how many times this topic has been discussed. Even just looking through the more recent threads in this section, there are numerous topics on tire suggestions for our cars. Do a little bit of your own research please. We don't mind answering questions and giving advice around here but spoon feeding is not an option on the forum menu.
