You'll need to roll your fenders.

the rims are not overly aggressive.

are you dropped at all? if not, it will fit perfectly.
and if a little "rubbage" does occur, you can always roll your fenders which is a easy job to do.

or if the tire is to fat, the fender will cut into the rubber, shaving the tire!
its not the end of the world if you already purchased the 9.5's +35

as you can do simple things to get them to fit and is all in the name of the game..
I suspect thats why you bought them, you want them to be flush.

I have 19x9's with a +35 offset and 255/35R20's and they rub a little in the rear. You'll likely have to roll your fenders at least in the rear.

Do you expect a cookie cutter fitment?
not all rims are the same.
not all setups are the same.

even if it does rub, there are simple fixes for you

Keep in mind, my answer is not a guess, prediction or assumption. My answer comes from real world actual experience in owning an RL with said wheel and tire package.

I understand what your sayin but I shouldn't have to roll my fenders in the back, that should be fine.im worried bout front. People have put 10.5 and 11 in the back and it was fine.

SlammedTL is currently running 9.5" all around, but he has rolled fenders since he started with 10" all around. You bought the wrong car if you want to follow in show car footsteps. Do it and report back.

BTW, I'm changing my vote back to needing rolled fenders.

Also, no way anyone has run 11" on an RL without rubbing and without rolled fenders. Didnt happen.

If car is lowered anything 10 and up will need to be rolled, if stock height then don't need rolling of fenders, unless you plan on running 22 inch+ rims

Rim diameter means nothing. There is exactly 0 difference in clearance between a 19" wheel with a 40 aspect ratio tire and a 22" wheel with a 25 aspect ratio tire.

OP, I don't know why you think that a 9" wheel with a +35 offset will rub and a 9.5" wheel with a +35 offset will not. The extra stretch on the tire might help a little, but I wouldn't bet on it. Be ready to roll the rear fenders.

If you're not dropped, that's a HUGE deciding factor that wouldn't jive with most people that'll answer a "stance" question. I'm just glad you had no issues. Let's see a picture!

Lots of factors though:
Tire width, tire height, offset, fenders rolled, how low, what brand tire (not all have the same square shoulders) camber, camber kits, upper type or lower arm type etc...
