Help? wheel fitment

If I ran 19X9.5 all around would i have to roll the fenders?

or is it safe to stick with 8.5?

Well, you can never be absolutely sure because of varying offsets. However, plenty of people have run 8.5" all around without issue. Anything above that will need at least the fronts rolled.
