When I purchased my 06 I swapped the OEM tires for Pilot A/S, been great in the Cleveland snow. Seems Tirerack now has a OZ wheel Boticelli as an option, I also found a BMW replacement wheel Beyern Mesh available in chrome. since the tires are in such good shape I don't want to scrap them for 18" wheels and tires. Any thoughts on if these would fiit, What looks best.

I think the biggest problem, aside from the 40 mm offset, is the hub bore which is considerably larger at 72 mm than the RL's hubcentric 64.1 mm bore.

The biggest problem with RL are front brake calipers.Many wheels don't clear front calipers.P.S. with different ( larger ) hub bore You can use hub centric rings.

 

Hub bore issues can easily be fixed with a hub-centric ring. There perfectly safe to use. The bigger issue I see with those wheels, will they clear the front brakes. Remember bmw's don't use big calipers.

 

Kssod, just wondering if you ended up getting the OZ Botticelli wheels from Tire Rack and if so how do you like them.
