My Grigio 09 RL

Hi everyone just picked this 09 RL in Grigio. My wife is driving but I absolutely love it (thinking about taking it way from her haha) my favorite part it's the interior with "grey wood" finish don't know if that's the proper way to call it but I love it!!
Anyways I wanted to share some pictures and see what you guys think

Congrats! Post a pic of said "grey" wood please. I think Acura's official name is "Black wood" but I have yet to see one.

Thanks. Funny you said that because I just bought the paint and the Grill it's in fact getting color matched

It turns out my car's color it's actually a Silver Jade and Not Grigio like the people on the dealer posted on their add. The car only has 18k miles super clean.

Here's the paint

007spy here's a picture for you I love that finish, I almost bought an LS460 because I fell inlove with that finish so I was so happy to see it in the RL.

Thinking about picking up this Volk racing TE37SL I can get a great price on them and giving that they are only 17-18lbs each wheel I'm thinking my MPG can pontentially improve..

I like that color for the woodgrain! Also like those rims!

Now I wonder what it would cost to change out the wood I've got in my '05 for that color....

Those wheels are pretty slick. The sellers of grey RLs rarely get the color name correct, even at the dealer.

looks great stock!

i always thought the newer 09+ RLs were nice looking.. the rear view is sweet..the tail lights, trunk... the whole thing looks very very nice.

i really think on the 09+ all that car needs is a drop. even the OEM wheels look nice.

how much faster are hte 09s than the 05-08 models? enough to notice or not really?

Thanks for the comments. I thought about the wheels too much and someone beat me to it. So that will be postponed for the moment. Right now I'm looking to buy 15mm centric Spacers with studs built in but it seems impossible to get anything smaller than 20mm.

It's funny that I posted this back in July and mentioned I couldn't justify paying that much. Guess what! I ended up ordering the pieces Now I realized I'm just a impule buyer.

Very Nice! Let us know How hard Is to replace the pieces.
On another note I went ahead and color matched the grill, it looks a million times better and they way it should have been from the first place out the factory. I will post pictures later tonight.

I will post photos as soon as I get them install. It should not be that difficult since I have the new piece out and know where the brackets located.

Post photos of your new painted grill. I'm sure it looks awesome.

Before

After

I think this is the way it should have been from the factory. Everything flows nicely and even. The shield looks pretty nice next to the color matched grill.
