More RL pics and some of our new 2007 Pilot
Freshly washed outside, still salty on the all-season mats, also just bought a Britax Marathon convertible seat. Before anyone gets on me about installing it in a side seat, all Hondas and Acuras, including the Pilot, have LATCH lower seat bars only in the two outboard seats, not in the middle seat. Bummer as I don't want to depend just on the seatbelt (which can slip) to put the car seat in the center.
Our new Pilot, now with 250 miles on it:
We immediately upgraded the tires to GY Fortera TripleTreds, MUCH better than the OEM GY Integrities
Another Britax Marathon for our 8-month-old...
The taillight looks extravagant from a distance, but it uses one BULB for each element. Nowhere near as elegant as the LED setup on our RLs.

Hey, neuronbob, I'm new to this board, just picked up an 05 RL last weekend, also live in Cleveland. I still have my old car (02 Accord) so I've been driving it every day in this junk, just can't bring myself to take out the new ride in this weather. In any event, I'll be posting here often, once I actually start driving the car that is. And get an owners manual. Its white/ebony BTW.

My 06 has several manuals with it.It won't have the Navigation System Manual, the quick start guide or the DVD instructional guide, but here is a pdf link of the Owner's Manual.

Nice!
Quick question - who drives the RL? How can you fit the marathon behind the drivers seat?
We have a boulevard (for sale )and the marathon and it needs to go behind the passenger seat due to the lack of rear space.

The Marathon is on a Prince Lionheart seat saver. Must protect leather....

^ I believe she picked up a leftover '04. I really wanted her to get the '05 because it had a much better navi. The navi she has is virtually the same as my old 'Cl Type S.... great for 2000, but sux compared to today's standards.

Nice combo on the Acura and the Pilot. We picked up a 2003 Pilot new from the dealer almost 4 yrs. ago and have thoroughly loved it (Silver, with the DVD-Entertainment System). We are now waiting on child number 3 and have no concerns about outgrowing the Pilot...great vehicle. BTW, I've had a 06 TL/Nav for about 5 months now...hence my complement on the Acura/Pilot combination. Enjoy.

Nice pair of rides, Bob!
We found ourselves in the same boat. Right around the time we got the RL, we decided we needed a family hauler for our 2 little ones, and a complicated kid-hauling carpool. I was torn between the Pilot and the Odyssey (which we ended up getting, and is actually very nice to drive).
