up close how does it look? does it look clean / smooth enough that it's nice looking and you're happy with it - or is it rough looking and it's really only to get an idea of what a professional paint job woudl look like....

i like how it looks on your car...and was thinking of doing the same to mine. if it's something I can do myself relatively easily and the end result will look good (and be easily removable, peeled off) I'd give it a try.

it the do-it-yourself with plastidip will look cheesy... then if/when I do it i'll just take it to a body shop and let a pro do it...

thanks.

hey - you going to put the mudflaps on your car? or do full aspec? if you do NOT go full aspec... i think adding the mudflaps would make a big improvemetn in how your car looks to balance out the front lip... overall, nice work, your car looks really clean.

a couple more questions

how did you smoke the tails? is that an adhesive or painted on? i was debating about doing this eventually, but wanted the option to take it off if I didn't like it and considered the tinting route...

did you paint your calipers?
here's DIY how to:
http://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/9687...2-rear-bumper/

im going with a full a-spec kit in the future, the sides are discontinued (white pearl)

I agree...looks good and saves potentially wasted money

Car looks good man. I take it you are having a hard time finding the sides? Looks fine without them!

not trying to revive an old post, but where can I get the front a-spec bumper? I've looked online but can't find it.

It all depends what's your budget, unfortunately there's not a lot for the RL besides Aspec kit, lowering with H&R springs or coils and of coarse a nice set of wheels.

No problem, however shipping the front and rear spoilers is going to be a pain in the a$$ without any boxes.
